With the new tax season upon us let me quickly explain how we do business. First, we charge one fee for every tax return when you use our Tax Organizer ? complicated or easy; personal or business. That fee was $300 but for 2008 taxes we are only going to charge $200 to do our part in the recession recovery when paying with a Certified Check or Money Order. If you pay by Visa or MasterCard we add a $10 processing fee.
Take these steps to submit your tax information:
- Go to our online Tax Organizer. You complete it and submit it online or print it and complete using a pen or pencil and mail, scan or fax it to us.
- Scan, Fax or Mail copies of the requested documents to us.
- Go to the payment site and submit your payment by Visa or MasterCard. If paying by Certified Check or Money Order include it with your documents if you are mailing them.
- You will receive an email from us stating that we have received your documents and notification if anything is missing and when you can expect your tax return.
- Your next email will be to notify that your return has been placed in your secure client portal on our website and how to access it.
- This will give you the opportunity to review the return before signing the attached forms authorizing us to efile your tax return. We electronically file all tax returns.
Once your return is filed, you can check the status of your refund by going to the
Tax
Center
on this website and clicking on Track Your Refund. Your refund should be deposited into your account within 7 days of processing.
